Ever wanted to learn the secret to creating sharp looking 3D eCovers? Thanks to my favorite Free eCover Creator tool (see site here), my self-generated ecovers now look exactly the way I want them to – and are of higher quality than if a professional graphic designer built them for me.
Not only does that site (MyeCoverMaker.com) save me time and money, it also gives me great pride in the eCovers that end up representing the hard work I put into my digital products.
If you are looking for a free ecover creator, check it out through the link above or simply click on the banner you see. It is free to use and you get access to a handful of very beautiful templates absolutely free.
They have dozens of other styles and designs too, but to access those you need to upgrade your membership with them. I am an upgraded member and would highly recommend it if you need the extra options. It is cheap and worth every penny in my honest opinion.
Naturally I assumed eCovers were created using fancy Photoshop templates and the closest I ever came to creating one myself (using Photoshop) was trying to copy paste a new image over an old eCover in hopes to get my new image to somehow resemble the looks and feel of an eBook eCover – but that did not work.
I have gotten a lot better with Photoshop since, but still go back to MyeCoverMaker when I need an eBook cover of any kind.
If Photoshop is not something you are overly good and efficient at, I’d recommend not wasting your precious time.
There is the option of hiring someone to make the eCovers for you, but if you are anything like me, you will hate outsourcing simple stuff like this – especially when you are in a hurry and want to get things done NOW.
Most good designers are generally backed up for days with often times easy tasks like “I just need a simple eCover created”. Besides paying them huge chunks of cash for a simple design, revisions take even longer.
The simple solution is to create your own ebook ecovers using a free ecover generator. Click Here to check out the site I use and highly recommend!
I came across it by sheer coincidence and immediately had to try it out and liked what I was seeing. I could not help but also upgrade (it is less than 50 cents per day) to create a few other fancy eCovers that were not available for free.
All in all, I was very happy with the ecover creator generator and was glad it was not yet another piece of software cluttering my desktop (I remember once trying an expensive but terrible eCover generating software before using this web-based one).
If you are in a hurry to get an eCover designed or if you simply are not happy with the ones you had designed by someone else, why don’t you save yourself some money, time, and frustration and create them yourself?
Again, some of the basic designs are free so check it out:
